A 2 Night Minimum Stay Is Required At All Cabins
Holiday Dates Require a 3 Night Minimum Stay

All rental fees are due in full 30 days prior to arrival, except December rentals which are due in full 90 days prior to arrival in order to hold the reservation.
All reservations will be charged a $100.00 100% refundable deposit to confirm/secure a reservation, this is separate from any, and all rental fees.

Any processing fees for a cancellation, or expenses/fees incurred due to property damage/excessive clean fees, etc...while guests are under contract will be deducted from this deposit. Full deposit refund will be given if all requirements are met upon confirmation of reservation, and contractual agreement is met.

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund minus $25.00 if filled by another party, regardless of cancellation date.
Cancel 31 days before reservation and receive 100% refund minus $25.00 processing fee. Cancel 15-30 days before reservation and get 50% refund, 0-14 days before reservation no refund. Failure to arrive with no cancellation notice will result in full reservation fees/no refund.
