A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, propane fireplace and private hot tub add to the charm and  ambience of Top of the Hill, making it a wonderful getaway year round for up to 6 guests.

Top of the Hill's open concept kitchen to dining area, is fully equipped with d/w. coffee pot, microwave and all of the necessary amenities for cooking up your favorite meal. The dining area seats six guests, with bonus bar stools for the little ones.


The living area offers a propane fireplace, tv w/dvd/satellite (some movies on site), and lots of windows to see the changing of seasons.

A private hot tub situated at the end of the covered deck offers a fantastic opportunity to relax after a long day of hiking or snowmobiling. So grab a good book, that movie you never seem to make the time to watch and come on up to Top of the Hill and enjoy some mountain fresh air.

Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably the cabin has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and ample closet space. The master has its own full bathroom and walk in closet, while there is another full bath and w/d on site adding to the continence of your stay.

    From Seattle:

Please Note: Winter driving conditions will need 4 wheel drive vehicle, chains, or studded tires. Driveway is plowed by private subcontractor, and there is parking at top of driveway on the right,  if need be.

    Take either of the floating bridges (I-90 or 520) to I-405 North.

    Exit at 522 East (to US HWY 2). Take 522 east until it ends at US HWY 2 in Monroe.

    Turn Left at light onto US HWY 2.

    Continue east on 2 (Stevens Pass HWY) through Sultan, Index, Gold Bar, to Stevens Pass for approximately 1 hour. Continue over Stevens Pass on US HWY 2 for another twenty minutes to WA-207. ****LANDMARK ALERT*** ACROSS FROM GAS STATION AND ESPRESSO STAND***

    Turn left at WA-207 The turnoff is approximately 2 miles past the rest stop.

    Follow for 4.3 miles travel across the Wenatchee River  bridge the road “Y’’s  after the bridge, veer to the right onto Chiwawa  Loop Road,  then take a Left at Chiwawa River Road (. Along the way you will pass the Cove Resort on left and Midway Village Grocery on right  . If you do not see Midway Village and the Cove you went left after the river.

    Take left on Chiwawa River Road go approx. ½ mile until you pass a grouping of mailboxes on right, take first right after mailboxes onto Alpine Hills Drive

    Follow Alpine Hills Drive to the top of road and end of cul de sac.

    Arrive at 22518 Alpine Hills Drive

    Be sure to park in the designated parking area on site.
