Description

Located just 1.5 miles from the epicenter of the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth you will find this incredible gem of a getaway called the Icicle Ridge Retreat. This charming chalet is nestled hillside and emulates owner pride and craftsmanship the moment you walk in the door.

On the main floor you will discover a stunning and fully equipped kitchen with hand made stone and wood work. The open concept living space allows everyone to be included in the experience of this unique and beautiful space. Here you will find the dining and living space that showcases a hand cut rock fireplace to warm up those winter days. A full bathroom and private bedroom with queen bed are also on this level.

Upstairs you will find 2 private bedrooms with beautiful log beds, one with a king and one with a queen and both adorned in down comforters, TV's for streaming, and private deck spaces. There is also a powder room on this level.

Downstairs is an entertainment oasis, with pool table, Foosball, shuffleboard and a kitchenette/gathering area. You will also find a set of twin bunk beds, laundry area with W/D, and another bathroom with small shower.

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. The outdoor spaces are just as incredible as those inside. The private covered hot tub offers lots of jets and a foot volcano to enjoy after a day of hiking, cross country skiing or river rafting all just minutes away. Needless to say, your visit to the Icicle Ridge Retreat will be one for the books.

Fees Vary by the following: Guest Count, Pet Count, Seasons, Dates and Holidays. There is a maximum guest count for this home, 2 guests allowed per bedroom or up to the max listed occupancy. Children age 3 and under are FREE (included in max occupancy count). This home is not pet friendly. Local State and Lodging Taxes applicable. 2 Night Minimum stay required or 3 Night Minimum for Federal Holidays.

Fees include the following: additional guest fees after the base rate is met $25 per guest per night, housekeeping fee, and a 5% booking fee (which covers credit card processing and protects property for up to $1,000 for accidental/unintentional incidental damages.) Willful and negligent damages are not covered under the Resort Fee and will be the sole responsibility of the contracted guest(s). State and Local Lodging Taxes are also applicable.

It is imperative to note, that we want our guests to be courteous mountain neighbors while staying in our vacation rentals. The Chelan County noise ordinance regulations states “QUIET TIMES” are between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It is required that our guests acknowledge and adhere to these times to ensure “peace and tranquility” for all. This cabin accommodates 3 cars max, no street parking allowed.
