This driveway is easily accessible spring/summer/fall and there are no vehicle restrictions however, winter guests please note below:
FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.
Great location and wonderful place
Great place to rest and relax. Plenty of bedrooms for big groups. And a lovely seating area semi close to the river with a fire pit to relax and read a book or hang out with everyone.

Sound travels really well though and if someone is being loud no one in the whole huge place (besides maybe the basement) can sleep lol.

This place is top notch. Surround sound music, multiple master suites, and a view to die for. Worth every penny, dont miss your chance.
Nice home and friendly staff
House was awesome! Volleyball, jacuzzi, beautiful house. What's not to like? The water is super clean. We went in September so it was really cold but it was still fun.

Very nice.
Stayed here with a group of friends. Immensely comfortable place to hang for an extended weekend! Ample rooms and places to relax or work. The conference room table downstairs would be pretty epic for a team offsite. The views are stellar and to have the river as the backdrop to the entire stay was superb!
Some attention to details would make things a bit better, such as ensuring there are no spiders or their webs in the showers. The A-frame "annex" staircase is super noisy so there's no discrete way to go up or down those stairs for others that are sleeping. Also, the Wi-Fi struggles to maintain a signal in that loft area, and thankfully my Apple TV and other devices did okay regardless. A second node over on that side would strengthen that easily.
Would recommend to stay there for sure, hoping we can do it again sometime.
We invited family and friends to stay at the Vacation Home & Riverside Cabin from September 20-23. During our stay, we took full advantage of all the amenities (hot tubs, fire pits, volleyball court, ping pong table, etc) and had a fabulous time. My husband and I stayed in the Loft Suite which was nice and private and also perfect for Mario Kart tournaments in the downstairs section (we brought our Nintendo Switch and hooked it up to their projector). These homes are huge, beautiful, and well stocked for any sort of gathering. Julie was my point person during the booking process and stay and was helpful, friendly, and easy to get a hold of. She responded quickly to all of my questions and even delivered flowers to the vacation home that had been delivered to her own home (an extra ~30 min drive each way for her). She went out of her way to make sure that our weekend was special and she succeeded in every way possible! We could not have been happier with our stay at Riverside Properties and will definitely plan to come back in the future.
The property here is absolutely amazing. The home is beyond beautiful and the grounds are pristine. I spent a couple days last Christmas season and was so sad we didn't stay longer. You are nestled into your own corner of the river yet remain very close to town. The view of the mountains from the main floor bedroom simply can't be beat. I cannot wait to return and hopefully stay longer!

We went for New Years with a big group and it was so fun! There is plenty of space for everyone! We loved how close it was to town and the grocery store. We also enjoyed the fire pit and view. It really is a beautiful house. If you need space for a large group I would highly recommend this place. We all had a bed. Even my husband and I got one of the smallest rooms in the house and still were happy with it. It was nice that we didn't have to be on a air mattress or a couch. I also loved the big kitchen. A big group means lots of cooking. It was a fun New Years! We would rent again!
Almost two years later and we had the opportunity to come back and stay in this beautiful home again! We love that it fits larger groups and people can spread out over the multiple levels of the home. My favorite is relaxing by the fire with the beautiful windows overlooking the river. If it hadn't been pouring down rain we would've used the outdoor fire pit and listened to the rushing river. But it's a house you want to sit in and be cozy in when it's pouring outside so we were happy regardless.
I have nothing negative to say about this home. It is beautiful and is a place you can truly relax in. We also love that it is a two minute drive to Leavenworth and all the cute restaurants and shops the town has to offer!
Not to mention its proximity to Safeway for that last minute grocery need.
We have stayed in several homes in the Leavenworth area and this is without a doubt our favorite.
The rental staff also made our experience pleasant and it was so simple to reserve this home and have all the info we needed for our stay.

The house was amazing! Beautiful views, easy walk to downtown Leavenworth. Nice private beach by the river with sand to relax on. Lots of parking and very easy to get to.
Riverside Properties is a fantastic venue for intimate events and family gatherings. We had our gathering there in November and it was everything we could have asked for. Amazing place to stay, had a lot of fun with friends and family. Lots of amenities, house is very well stocked. Stayed in winter and held my small wedding in the back yard. Lots to do even in winter. Given a nice gift package from them as well. Lots of little details that make the difference. Will be back for a vacation here again

These houses are absolutely spectacular!!! We had a very large group that stayed at the Riverside Vacation home, loft and Riverside Cabin. Everyone had ample space to spread out and enjoy themselves. Being next to the river was breathtaking! All the amenities you would need are there. I have had multiple people they are having withdrawals from the amazing weekend at Riverside! Highly recommend for family reunions etc. You will not be disappointed! Excellent customer service as well.
My family and I recently stayed at the Riverside Vacation rental (the biggest one) and I could not have imagined a better place for my family to stay. There were about 13 of us and the rental accommodated all of us with plenty of space to spare! The house was clean and beautiful, as was the landscaping and scenery. My grandma came to stay with us as well, and she does not get around very well, but there were bedrooms on the main floor with very few steps that she had to go up or down. Unfortunately she was in the hospital when my husband and I got married last Summer, but we got to take some beautiful photos and renew our vows in front of her in a beautiful setting. This is a beautiful place to take family photos and make amazing family memories. The view of the river is gorgeous and the windows in the house allow you to see it no matter where you are in the house. The games were great for the kids, and the hot tub was clean and well maintained. We went to Octoberfest on one of the nights we were there and it was only about a mile away from the house (as was the rest of the town). I highly recommend the Riverside Vacation Rental for family reunions, weddings, weekend getaways, or celebrating holidays with family. In fact, one of my family members was so impressed with the house that he is going to rent it on the next Thanksgiving Day that it is available so our family can all get together to celebrate. In just a few days, my family and I created some wonderful memories and had a wonderful time! If you are looking for a vacation rental in Leavenworth, this is the best one! We didn't want to leave!
What an amazing property with a great location! We had a large family gathering here and the accommodations couldn't have been more perfect. The property management was very responsive to questions. The house was right on the river and even had beach access with a great swimming hole for the kids. The house was huge with lots of space to gather. Downtown Leavenworth was an easy walk from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
We’ve rented the House several times for our annual sales meeting/rep weekend, sometimes in conjunction with either the cabin or the loft which gives great flexibility depending on the number of guests. I always love it when someone comes for the first time; they’re awed by the House, the river, the proximity to town. It is beautifully appointed and has spaces for large groups or quiet getaways. The master suites are awesome with views of the river. I look forward to the next time!
What an amazing vacation. I had a group of people getting together from multiple states and needed to find a spot that was large enough to host everyone. The house was in amazing condition when we arrived and the view was incredible. The house is conveniently located close to downtown and Safeway. The management team was extremely helpful and accommodating. This will defiantly be a return destination for us in the future.
It is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! My husband and I stayed here a few years ago and decided to return a few weeks ago for our 20th anniversary. It was also a much needed getaway and so thankful we were able to reserve it on the days we had available in our busy summer. The home overlooks the river and beautiful orchards. We picked blackberries in the morning and added them to our breakfast. They were the best we've ever had... we saw deer each morning... Downtown Leavenworth is just minutes away and we rented tubes to float the river. Highly recommend, especially on hot days - it was so relaxing and fun! I look forward to bringing our kids next time - We travel quite often and this is by far, one of the nicest and most relaxing places we have ever stayed! My husband and I eloped here in February 2015. We rented the house with our parents and a few of our closest friends. It was a great set up for our group and we never felt crowded (there were 12 of us). The setting right on the river was stunning and we lucked out with clear weather hovering around a balmy 60F. We held our ceremony outside near the fireplace and took great advantage of the awesome kitchen set-up and sound system during this celebratory weekend. The cabin was a short drive into central Leavenworth where we had our rehearsal dinner and some post-ceremony fun at the hat shop and Icicle Brewing. This was the perfect setting for our winter wedding and we look forward to coming back for our anniversaries in the future.

Fabulous property in every way. We held a strategic planning off-site for 12 people. The owners have thought through so many details of accommodating guests. The rooms are top drawer, the kitchen is well equipped. The views are stunning! This is a property that will not disappoint. The owners were incredibly hospitable and a delight to work with. I have nothing but amazing things to say about it. The view is absolutely breathtaking, there is nothing like it in the area (especially with the property being so close to town) - it's really a photographer's dream. The private beach makes for really fun photos, and the sound of the river in the background of a ceremony is so perfect! Both the outdoor and indoor space are super flexible for events, clean, well kept, beautifully designed, and so inviting. Not to mention, their staff has been fantastic to work with - being extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process. It's been perfect for families of all sizes and types and any other kind of gathering. A family weekend - fully utilizing the property (i.e. volleyball games, yard games, floating the river, hosting dinners inside, bbq outside, smores at night, biking or walking into town) . Long story short, I'd highly recommend Riverside Properties for any vacation or event!
Fantastic vacation rental for lager groups! We had nine in our group and having all of the bedrooms and bathrooms is great inside of one house. Private beach, large hot tub, easy walk to Leavenworth. We typically do not go back to the same place twice but have this one reserved already for next year.
Lovely house, yard and beachfront. We had apparently broken a faucet in the kitchen and were initially going to be charged for it. Since we hadn't realized it was broken and it happened to have been newly installed, the manager was able to chalk it up to faulty installation (it had just been installed before our stay) which made a lot more sense since we were a mellow group. I was very appreciative of the easy communication and prompt resolution of this problem. We definitely plan on staying again!
Awesome place. We stayed here in September and had an amazing time. The ping-pong was lit, the water was clean and clear, and the sound system throughout the entire house was pretty cool. Had a fun, relaxing visit with our family. 10/10
