The rental encompasses both the Upper Loft Suite and the lower gathering space, ensuring a complete and enjoyable experience.
The Upper Loft Suite invites you to unwind in style. This two-story apartment, built in 2002, boasts a queen bed, a convertible sofa for additional sleeping arrangements, a full bath, and a private balcony offering stunning river views. The well-appointed kitchenette, gas fireplace, and an array of books and games add to the charm of this space. A built-in desk/office area, TV, and a second deck with seating, views, and a BBQ complete the ensemble. Accessible through a private entrance, the Loft Suite opens up to a generously sized shared lawn, a volleyball court, and private access to the riverside beach (this access is shared amongst the other Riverside Rentals).

* This driveway is easily accessible spring/summer/fall and there are no vehicle restrictions
however, winter guests please note below:
FOR WINTER GUESTS: Please be prepared along with your guests who are driving separate for this driveway during winter months as there is a steep/slope grade and when ice/snow are on the ground a 4WD vehicle with traction tires are necessary. We highly recommend carrying chains for all vehicles.
While we do our best to keep this driveway plowed and sanded, winter conditions can change rapidly and make both access to and from this driveway challenging and we cannot guarantee its condition upon your arrival at any time. We are subject to the subcontractor and the Chelan County plows who service this driveway and our county roads so please pack your patience along with following the recommendations below if you choose to book.

Great Time!
by EvaI loved the loft. It was clean, cozy, and a 20 minute stroll to downtown Leavenworth. Perfect for 2 people or 3 close friends 🙂 The fireplace gets loud once the fan kicks in, and takes a while for it to turn off after you turn the fireplace off.
Overall, we still had a great time here.
We just stayed in the Riverside Loft and it was amazing in every way possible. Comfortable without being pretentious, communications were clear and prompt, super clean (and I am picky), organized, great array of amenities. Also we arrived late at night, and it was so nice to have the lights and heat on for us. It was a quick and pleasant walk from the property into town. The only problem was that we hadn't booked a longer stay!!! Thanks for your hospitality - we hope to be back again soon.
